📦 Processing Time

• Once you place your order, our team gets to work. Orders are usually processed within 3-4 business days.
• During launches or sales, processing might take a little longer — but we’ll keep you in the loop.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

• We currently ship across India.
• Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Metro cities usually get their orders faster (3–4 days), while smaller towns may take 5–7 days.

💌 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1,000.
  
• Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, will include an additional handling fee.

📍 Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your Barely package all the way home.

🕊️ Delays

• While we do our best to deliver on time, sometimes unforeseen issues (like weather, strikes, or courier delays) might affect timelines. We’ll always keep you updated if there’s a hiccup.

• Orders are shipped Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.
