Barely Returns & Exchange Policy

We want every Barely piece to feel like second skin — but if your order isn’t the perfect fit, don’t worry. We’ve kept our exchange process simple and stress-free.

💌 Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges  or returns  against store credit only (no refunds) 
  • Exchanges can be requested within 4 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

🚚 Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • We currently ship and exchange orders only within India.
  • Barely provides a complimentary reverse pickup from your address — no extra cost to you.
  • Please reuse the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • For hygiene reasons, certain items (like innerwear or visibly worn products) are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customized or altered items cannot be exchanged.

📝 How to Request an Exchange

  • Email us at support@barelyme.com with your order details and reason for exchange.
  • Our team will get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.
  • Once approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours.

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your item and it passes our quality check, your exchange will be processed or store credit issued within 5–7 business days.
  • Store credit will be valid for 6 months and can be used at www.barelyme.com.

🔑 Important Notes

  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) — all payments are prepaid.
  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
  • Shipping charges (if any) paid on your original order are non-refundable.
